Whether you are navigating the transformative waters of birth, growing your perinatal, holistic or healing practice, or standing at the threshold of a significant life transition, this three-month mentoring journey offers a sacred container for your unfolding.

For Women Called to This Work

This mentoring relationship is specifically crafted for:

• Women preparing for or healing from birth - honouring this profound rite of passage
• Birth workers and perinatal professionals - seeking to deepen their practice and navigate challenges
• Holistic practitioners and healers - expanding their medicine and authentic voice
• Women in significant life transitions - moving through grief, career shifts, or spiritual awakening

The Journey We Will Walk Together

Over three months, we create a relationship of depth and continuity where transformation can unfold organically. Unlike single sessions, this journey allows for integration, practice, challenge, and embodied change.

Our work together is both structured and organic, responding to your unique needs while providing a framework for growth:

• Initial Deep Dive - We begin with a 90-minute session mapping your current landscape, ancestral patterns, and the wisdom your body holds about what seeks to emerge
• Weekly Support in Month One - Four 90-minute sessions establishing foundations and momentum
• Biweekly Integration in Months Two & Three - Four 90-minute sessions allowing space for integration and deeper work
• Ongoing Connection - Unlimited email/,messaging support between sessions for questions, celebrations, and moments when you need a witness

My Approach to Mentoring

I do not come as an expert with all the answers, but as a wise woman who has walked many paths and knows how to listen - to you, to your body, to what emerges in the space between us. My approach weaves together:

• Deep, attentive listening that hears what lives beneath your words
• Energetic and rhythmic tools to unlock access to your inner voice
• Somatic awareness practices connecting you to your body's inherent wisdom
• Ritual and ceremony to honour transitions and thresholds
• Practical tools and resources tailored to your unique journey
• Holding space where both vulnerability and power are welcomed

I bring my full presence and over fifteen years of experience supporting women through birth, professional transitions, and personal transformation. Together we create a relationship where your innate wisdom can surface and be recognised.

The Practicalities

Format: All sessions take place via Zoom, creating an intimate container regardless of geographical location. Each session is recorded (with your permission) for your reference and deeper integration.

Investment:

• £1,500 when paid monthly (£500/month)
• £1,300 when paid in full (saving £200)

Beginning Our Journey: Before our first session, you'll receive a welcoming email with reflection questions to begin our work together.
