A biology research scientist by training, I have been a perinatal educator, doula and healer since 2010. Having mastered a range of pregnancy, birth and postnatal support techniques, such as massage, rebozo, birth and postnatal rituals, energy healing and using slings. I teach these skills to parents and birthworkers. My unique, signature teaching approach, is a blend of traditional knowledge and scientific evidence.
