Terms for Rebozo Purchases
Orders are sent with Royal Mail first class signed for, which should be delivered within 1 to 3 days, but this is not guaranteed.
I will endeavour to post your order within 48h of purchase, but bear in mind that as I am a doula and may sometimes be at a birth, things might sometimes take a bit longer than that!
The free delivery is only available within the UK. Contact me for international prices.
RETURNS
I hope you enjoy your purchasing experience and that you will be delighted with your purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return your product, let me know within these 14 days by emailing me (sophiemessager@sophiemessager.com) to let me know you intent to return your order. You may only return products within 14 days, complete, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
You will need to cover the cost of postage for returning items. I suggest you use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the items you are returning until they are received by me.
Once I have processed your returned products, I will refund you within 14 days. Please allow 14 days for me to process your return.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from me is faulty or damaged, you can of course return it.
If your product is faulty, please notify me in writing by email at sophiemessager@sophiemessager.com within 7 days of receipt, that the product is faulty, and I will send you instructions on how to return it to me.
If a product you purchase from me is received as damaged, please notify me by email at sophiemessager@sophiemessager.com within 48 hours of receipt that the product is damaged, and I will send you instructions on how to return the damaged product to me.
I will arrange postage cover if your items are faulty or damaged.
